When it comes to books and movies, I love me some happy endings; I figure life is rough enough. So, does that mean only reading fluff?

Definitely not.

There’s a whole range of books out there that are challenging and powerful; books that grab your emotions, but ultimately reward the reader for starting at page one and hanging in there for the whole ride.

I guess what I’m saying is that I love being affected by a book. If an author is going to take me on a serious ride, I want it to be rich and meaningful and the characters, strong and palpable.
